Happy Birthday, Jalen Andrew!

For Jalen Andrew's first birthday, I couldn't decide what kind of ball cake to make for him because he likes to play with all types, so I made a bunch of cupcakes instead to display all of his favorite balls. For his birhday dinner, we had lots of toddler friendly foods: chicken nuggets, french fries, and applesauce, but his favorite thing to eat was his first taste of cake. Yum! He tried to help me blow out his single burning candle, but didn't quite get the hang of it. After the lights came back on, however, and he had picked out his own cupcake to eat, he continued to blow on the frosting. Happy birthday, Little Man! We sure love you!
