Shaking Things Up

It was after the 2nd session of General Conference on Sunday,
while Rebekah and I were talking in my room,
when I noticed the sound of a wind chime, that just kept chiming.
I thought it weird that I would be able to hear it all the way up in my room,
and then realized that it was my gnome wind chime that hangs near one of my bedroom windows.
I went to look, and sure enough it was swaying back and forth and chiming.
I called out to Rebekah, remarking that it was strange since there was no air blowing on it.
Then I noticed my drapes, they were swaying too, as well as my hanging plant.
I remarked that it looked like we were having an earthquake.
In moments everything stopped moving, and I got busy with Joseph's birthday preparations, and promptly forgot all about my wind chime.
Later, however, Christine turned on the computer, and when the Yahoo news pulled up, she commented, "Oh, there's been another earthquake. A 7.2 in Mexicali. At 3:40 today."
Yep, that's about the time the wind chime starting chiming in my room.
So strange.

Your lucky that's all you felt! We've all been petrified around here that our apartment will come crashing down any day now!
