It's Been a Croupy Week

We've had croup, and its accompanying cold symptoms, going around our family this week. James, who started it off for everyone, by far sounded the worst, for he truly sounded like a dog barking. Joseph got it next, and spent almost a whole day sleeping, while his white blood cells worked their magic. Then came Jalen Andrew with a dog like cough, but not as bad as James'. Then Rebekah, who seemed to bounce out of it pretty quick (she generally does). So far, nothing for Erik, Christine, or me. I'm hoping, really hoping, that Christine doesn't get it. Her poor mouth has had it! She had her gums burned off of her back molars a week and a half ago (very painful and extensive - especially since she wasn't numb enough at first) in preparation for some more orthodontic work this coming Wednesday. I just don't want her to be sick on top of all of that!
