Two exciting things happened:
After much waiting, Rebekah found out yesterday that she made NJHS - National Junior Honor Society. She's very excited!
And . . .
After a much longer wait,
my niece Aubrey and her husband Jared became first-time parents!
This is the first great grand-baby for my parents, and it's strange to think that our family has gotten that old. I think that it was just yesterday that I was holding our little Aubrey.
Welcome to the family, Adelyn Marie! 8# 2 oz. and 21 inches long.
