James and I were reading a little book about hands last night,
when he read the word fingers.
He stopped, after having sounded it out,
glared, and exclaimed,
"They totally made a mistake!
It's not supposed to be fingers with an "f"!
It's supposed to be thingers!"
It took me a long time to convince him that the word is indeed fingers and not thingers.
He finally believed me, because Joseph was backing up my crazy claim,
but the look on his face still said that he thought we were idiots.
