- J - jumping, jostling, and jigging like crazy - you definitely move to the music inside you!
- A- appetite is huge for oatmeal, macaroni & cheese, Ramen, cereal, & hot chocolate, amen.
- M- making paintings, making drawings, making Lego sculptures - you definitely have an artistic flair!
- E- energetic, ever full of life, and ever full of ideas - all of it, ever bubbling over.
- S- silly sometimes, yet deeply spiritual. Your great spirit can't be summed up in the things you do here - there is SO much more to you that what we see & hear.

We weren't sure if you'd make it home in time for your birthday,
but we're awfully glad that you did.
- You complained a lot about it being your 8th birthday.
- You were afraid that you wouldn't get any toys - only scriptures, but you were thrilled to get both, after all.
- Tonight was hard.
- Lithium + birthday excitement = huge tremors.
- It was hard for us to watch, and it was probably harder for you to experience.
- For all that life has handed to you - the blessings and the trials - we wish for you, more than a happy birthday . . . but also a happy lifetime.
