Boys!

Jalen Andrew loves to wear lipstick (though we talk ALL the time about

how boys don't wear lipstick). Evidently, he doesn't care, because

he waits until I'm occupied with something else, and heads straight for the lipstick.

Funny how it never quite gets on the lips though!

You would think that with each person in the house having their own bed,

everyone would have enough room to sleep. Nope.

Poor Jalen Andrew, he really likes his own sleeping space,

but his brothers don't always honor that. No wonder he's so keen about

sleeping on the floor lately!

Boots are a glorious thing! All my boys, Joseph, Jonathon, Jacob & James,

(and even Ashley - though she's a girl :) have LOVED their rain boots.

They would wear them everywhere, and all the time.

Jalen Andrew is no exception. When I gave him these boots the other day,

he wouldn't take them off, even when it was time for bed.

I love Cub Scouts! I love even more, how much Joseph loves Cub Scouts.

He made this great marshmallow catapult in scouts, and he and his brothers

have had a lot of fun with it!

Some people like to think outside the box, but I guess Jalen Andrew

likes to think INSIDE the box. Enjoy it while it lasts buddy because you

won't fit in there for long. You're growing so fast!
